The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to our winery in small 15 kg boxes.
Must comes from pressing the grapes, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 25 days.
Clear and bright. Light pink color. In the fine aroma, notes of ripe cherry and strawberry predominate.
Round in the mouth with elegant and balanced freshness.
